1. Copyright Infringement

2. How to File a DMCA Complaint

Your full name & contact details
Identification of copyrighted work
URL of infringing content
A statement of good-faith belief (“I believe this use is not authorized...”)
A statement under penalty of perjury (“The information in this notice is accurate…”)

3. Action Taken by ShowUp India
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
We will remove or disable access to the infringing content
Notify the user who posted it
Allow the user to file a counter-notice if applicable
4. Counter Notice
If content was removed due to a mistake, the user may submit:
Identification of the removed content
A statement of good-faith belief that removal was an error
Consent to legal jurisdiction
Digital signature
If valid, the content may be restored.
5. Repeat Offenders
Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may face:
Warning
Suspension
Permanent account termination
