Hiring For Sales Executives – Credit Card

We are looking for urgent hires in a top Private Bank for Sales Executive or Sales Officer roles focused on Credit Card and Personal Loan sales. Immediate joining is required.

Key Skills:

• Candidate must have 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in BPO or a related contact center.

• Should have experience working in both inbound and outbound setups.

• Should have experience in B2C sales, selling directly to end consumers.

• Must have strong business sense and sales mindset.

• Must have worked with a dialer and have experience selling major products or services.

• Good communication skills are a must.

• Should be goal-oriented and focused on meeting targets.

• Should have skills in consultative selling.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to turn cold calls into potential leads and opportunities.

• Ability to assess development opportunities and effectively communicate project plans.

• Help in defining products and solutions that meet customer needs.

• Participate in professional groups to boost lead generation.

• Need to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.

Eligibility and Qualification:

• Age should be between 18 and 35 years.

• Minimum 12th pass.

• Preference for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in loans, banking, or financial services.

• Must have personal documents like Aadhar card, PAN card, bank account, email ID, and mobile number.

• Minimum 6 months experience in credit card outbound sales.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary of Rs. 8000 to Rs. 15000 per month.

• Plus incentives and other benefits as per government rules.
