Job Title: Helpdesk Executive (Blended - Voice & Non-Voice) Company: One Point One Solutions Location: Plot-17, Sector-18, Near Sarhaul Mod, Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office (Onsite) Job Summary: One Point One Solutions is looking to hire Helpdesk Executives to handle a blended process that includes both voice and non-voice customer service, as well as vendor billing support. We are seeking people who are skilled with technology and pay close attention to details, have good communication skills in English, and have experience in areas like online shopping, preparing bills, or managing money records. Interviews are held every day, and there are 20 positions available. Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, and chat (both incoming and outgoing).

Perform tasks such as vendor billing, invoicing, and order processing.

Address service requests quickly and professionally.

Work with internal teams to solve issues effectively.

Keep accurate records of all transactions and conversations.

Follow service level agreements, process standards, and compliance rules.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer service, invoicing, vendor billing, or similar roles.

Education: Any graduate.

Age: 18 to 35 years.

Language: Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).

Other Skills Required:

Comfortable with technology and experienced in e-commerce or accounting systems.

Pay attention to details and stay organized.

Possess strong communication and analytical skills.
Shift and Working Days:

Female Candidates: General Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Male Candidates: 247 Rotational Shifts.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week with 2 Rotational Offs.

Salary and Benefits:
